The 50 m² Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, kbat116, in the Atlantik apartment building in Kühlungsborn can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment complex’s direct beachfront location is particularly noteworthy. The balcony offers a side view of the Baltic Sea; it is covered and faces east.

The location
This modern and comfortably furnished apartment is located on the first floor of the vacation complex, which sits directly on Kühlungsborn’s elegant beach promenade. Not only the marina of this Baltic Sea resort, but also the Baltic Sea and the white sandy beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. Here you can enjoy the refreshing seaside climate, for example, during long walks or while relaxing in a beach chair. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as charming recreational activities and places to visit.


Amenities This bright and cozy non-smoking apartment features Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and mini-oven. In the combined living and dining area, you’ll find a stereo system, a flat-screen TV, and a Blu-ray player. Both the dining table and the cozy seating area offer plenty of space to enjoy relaxing moments over breakfast or after an eventful day at the beach. The apartment has two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and another with a pull-out bed consisting of two single beds (0.80 x 2.00 m). Both bedrooms have carpeted floors. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. A special highlight of the apartment is the furnished, covered balcony, which offers a side view of the nearby Baltic Sea.


Highlights Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. The vacation complex features an elevator, coin-operated washer and dryer, and a lockable storage room for bicycles. An underground parking space (max. weight 2 t, vehicle height 1.80 m, width 1.90 m) can be booked upon request for an additional fee. Bathrobes are available for rent upon request and for a small fee at our service office.

As a precautionary measure, special filters and showerheads have been installed in the apartments.
