Relax in our two-room vacation apartment (50 m²), which was newly renovated in 2025,
just a short walk from the wide sandy beach of Kühlungsborn, located 30 m away.
Adjacent to the bright, harmoniously furnished living room—designed with attention to detail and featuring a sea view—
a couch with an armchair and a 43" smart TV (cable) is the dining area and the open, fully equipped kitchen, newly installed in 2025, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment,
a Siemens 4-zone ceramic cooktop & oven, microwave with grill, filter coffee maker,
electric kettle, toaster, and range hood.
An adequate supply of dishes, silverware, pots, and glasses is provided for your use.
The two balconies, also facing the sea and featuring large double balcony doors,
invite you to linger.
We’ve furnished the bedroom with a large double bed, a sleeper chair, and
a spacious closet for your vacation wardrobe.
It can accommodate two adults and one child; in addition, the sofa bed in the living room
can be used by one person.
The pleated blinds and blackout curtains protect you from incoming light
and thus allow you to enjoy a restful sleep by the sea.
The apartment features a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror;
in the building itself, our guests have free access to a sauna area with a
Finnish steam sauna and a sanarium, waterfall showers, and
a rest and relaxation room, all available free of charge.
In the basement, you’ll find a lockable bike storage room as well as
a coin-operated washing machine and dryer for your vacation laundry.
Our apartment is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people,
and a travel crib and high chair are available free of charge for our youngest guests.
Upon request, your well-behaved family dog is also welcome
for a small additional fee.
A DSL flat-rate Internet connection (suitable for working from home) is included for our guests via Wi-Fi.
One (1) parking space at the house, secured by a gate, is included for your car.
An electric vehicle charging station is located 240 meters away.
Our apartment is a NON-SMOKING APARTMENT! It is situated in a quiet
location very close to the beach—about 30 meters away—directly behind the beach in the West district.
In the immediate vicinity are the colonnades, a small shopping and strolling promenade
with numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, a coffee roastery, a pizzeria, and an ice cream parlor.
You’ll find fresh rolls for your vacation breakfast at the many bakeries in town,
all within walking distance.
There are also many places throughout town where you can rent bicycles,
so you can explore the surrounding area on the well-developed network of bike paths.
(We’re also happy to rent out our second apartment, “Ostseestrand-13,” which has a terrace.)
