"Am Rosenhof" Vacation Rentals
Surrounded by lush greenery, the "Am Rosenhof" vacation rental complex was built in 1997–98 and is located in a very quiet area. No street noise will disturb your vacation. You can enjoy a pleasant vacation in the modernly furnished apartments and suites. Our vacation apartments range in size from 35 to 70 square meters, some of which are duplexes, and all feature a terrace or balcony.

The vacation apartments are part of the “Rosenhof” apart-hotel. This means you can take advantage of the hotel’s services. You can book breakfast and daily cleaning of the apartment as add-ons. The vacation apartment is located on the edge of Baltic Park. It is approximately 150 meters to the Baltic Sea.



The price for Vacation Rental No. 12 includes free Wi-Fi (subject to availability), linens for 2 people, and final cleaning. You can book daily housekeeping and breakfast as add-ons.
A free parking space is available at the vacation rentals.

There is no elevator in the building. In the basement of Building II, there is a room with a washing machine and dryer. These can be used for a fee.



Apartment 12:

This approximately 44-square-meter, comfortable duplex vacation apartment is located in a separate building at Rosenhof. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. In addition to the living/dining room, it features a loft, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a quiet, sunny south-facing terrace.

Just 150 m from the beach, you’ll stay in a cozy 2-room vacation apartment on two levels.

The apartment is located on the first floor and has a sheltered south-facing terrace. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, coffee table, TV stand with TV, dining area, and kitchenette. The bedroom features a double bed and a TV.

On the loft, there is a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space and a small armchair that can be converted into an additional sleeping area in no time at all.

The bright kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, range hood, induction stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
