The vacation rental is located on the upper floor and in the attic of a single-family home.

It features a bedroom with a double bed and a TV, as well as two bedrooms in the attic, each with a single bed, which are accessible via a wooden staircase.
There is a portable clothes rack in the attic.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need, including a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic stove, and an oven. A coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are also provided.

The living room is spacious and features a TV and a cozy sofa area. It also provides access to the large west-facing balcony, which offers a magnificent view of Kühlungsborn and allows you to enjoy the evening sun well into the late evening hours.

The bathroom is a large shower room with double sinks and a toilet. The corner bathtub is for decorative purposes only and is not intended for use.
