“Struttura ideale per fine settimana relax nella campagna bavarese. Situata in contesto rilassante, le camere sono ampie, ben arredate e insonorizzate. Spazi comuni ben arredati, personale professionale e cordiale. Spa piccola ma curata. Il ristorante ha un ottimo servizio tuttavia la proposta tenta di essere gourmet ma necessita di miglioramenti. ”

“Truly horrible check-in procedure (took 2 hours going from one webpage to another and another and another and another and so on), small room (20m2?), NO heating, terrible customer service. Entrance smells of paint, and at 09:00 they wake you up with 2 pings to give you an advice you have to leave the flat at 11:00 - incredible.”

“客室もシャワーもトイレも清潔でした！ 部屋も広く、机も床に置きたくない荷物を置くのにも便利でした お店を兼ねておられるので、すぐにチェックインと言うわけにもいかないと思いますが、特段待たされてる感じは全くありませんでした 階段がしんどいと言われる方には向いてないかもしれませんが、古い螺旋階段がヨーロッパの建物て感じがして、いいと思います 建物が古い割には、部屋とかは内装も綺麗だし清潔でした できたら、冷蔵庫で預かってもらえることがあればさらにうれしいです 　 広場の前で立地よしです”

La struttura si trova vicino al centro storico di Augusta, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. La camera ha un arredamento semplice, letto matrimoniale, bagno interno con doccia, televisione. Alle 8,30 di mattina è entrata la donna delle pulizie in camera, davvero troppo presto, considerando che il check out è fino alle 12...è subito uscita, ma insomma, ormai ci aveva...
