“We needed to call housekeeping to clean the room when we checked in. Room was not up to Hilton standards. The staff are super helpful and extremely nice. They tried their best. Breakfast was also very good. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room could be better.”

“Arrogant staff, very noisy rooms and disturbance comes all day and night from upper floor restaurant, bad breakfast, they don’t allow outside food. I regret going there.”

“1) Upon arrival 3 rooms were not confirmed. 2) After confirmation, reception guy said there is no kitchen in any room (website says with kitchen also i requested for kitchen for at least one room out of 3 as my parents cook their own food. 3) no AC in one of the room as says AC rooms. 4) only 3 towels provided between 8 people. 5) rooms were not clean. 6) found ash trays and some smoke smells in non smoking rooms.”

“Firstly our booking was denied by hotel which was done thr' expedia.Then although paid for deluxe room, gave us dirty small inconvienient room without AC,fan,cupboard.After multiple requests,no upgradation on next day also.”
