“The porter was really good but front desk was awful, every request wasn’t even sent to who needs to hear them, we asked for room service and hours later room service came asking if we were ready, turns out they were never even informed, this happened 3 days in a row, front desk treated us like we weren’t even guests.. but every other staff was awesome and timely when asked directly, sink and shower was clogged from day one and when called again front desk did nothing and had to go down to ask...

They checked in on me to see if I needed anything daily. Everyone working there were superb and generous. The staff are so dedicated and engaging.
