“Wie waren ein verlängertes Wochenende dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war bei Bedarf sehr freundlich und schnell. Die Lage war auch perfekt. Es war ruhig und doch mit dem Hund schnell im grünen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ”

“Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll! Wir haben uns das Wochenende über sehr wohlgefühlt und den kurzen Weg in die Kulmbacher Altstadt sehr genossen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, verfügt über Toaster, Filterkaffeemaschine, Kapselautomaten, Wasserkocher und alles Geschirr. Im Wohnzimmer finden alle Leute Platz und die Zeit kann gemeinsam bestmöglich genutzt werden. Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben den Code rechtzeitig zugesendet bekommen und konnten unabhängig ein- und auschecken....

“Auf den ersten Blick ganz nett, vor allem die Lage, aber es müsste dringend mal renoviert, vor allem aber repariert werden. Wir waren erschüttert, was alles kaputt war in der Wohnung. Den Kontakt haben wir am ersten Tag (Montag) angeschrieben, aber bis Sonntag keine Antwort erhalten.”

“Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Es gab alles, was man bei einem Urlaub mit Kleinkind braucht (Hochstuhl, Kinderbett). Die Loggia war auch ideal. Im Garten Bälle, Schaukeln und eine Nestschaukel. Für größere Kinder Fußballtore und eine Rutsche. Man kann wunderbare Spaziergänge direkt vom Haus aus machen. Ganz in der Nähe ist die Obernsees-Therme, die auch einen tollen Kinderbereich hat.”

"Stanza abbastanza pulita e comunque in buone condizioni (a parte il bagno non proprio profumato), ho chiesto un cambio degli asciugamani al secondo giorno e l'ho ottenuto. Personale cortese e disponibile. Non si tratta di un hotel di lusso ma di in apparthotel senza ristorazione ma con cucina. In confronto a molti altri provati direi dignitoso e in ordine. Comodo al centro (ca 15-20 min a piedi), prezzo modico. Se dovessi passare per Bayreuth ci tornerei."
