Beautiful location and lovely staff. The room was huge but basic and run down. Great view of the lake. Only one restaurant to eat at breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was ok, breakfast not fantastic but the dosa was great. The pool is nothing like the photos. It is cloudy, dirty, full of insects and had a large number of crows bathing in it at any given time. No facilities open near pool - currently being renovated and no umbrellas. Temperature was hot and not refreshing in the heat of April. House keeping didn’t come once during our 3 night stay. We had to ring for towels and water every day. The resort is also dry, so no beer or wine served. The beds were very comfortable and there is a great resort next door in walking distance that has multiple restaurants to choose from and a bar on the water. My sons liked the fish and goose feeding at “high tea” each day from 4:30-5:430, but more like 4:50pm
