“I was physically attacked by the manager of this hotel. He became very aggressive when I offered to pay with an international card but he only accepts cash or UPI. When I wanted to get cash for him, he refrained me from taking by bags in the car. When I tried to leave, he grabbed me at the throat and scratched my arm. When I left one bag behind to get cash, he locked up the driver and took his keys and phone. Sunny, the manager, is a dangerous man and I warn you to stay away from the hotel....

Absolutely unbelievable. $25 Onecash credit compensation for 3 rooms, 3 adults had to rebook somewhere else at walk up rates and this is what Hotels.com thought was appropriate compensation. Comical incompetence. ”
