“Three night stay but I wish it had been longer. The property is full of character and immaculately furnished. “We, as a family, had wonderful experiences at this Hotel. Checkin was smooth. Food was awesome. View from the room were breathtaking, beautiful! It rained overnight very heavily and experienced a water leak in some areas, but Hotel staff was very prompt in responding to the situation. Checkout had a glitch with International credit cards, but managed with UPI payment options. One word of caution though, this place is not for the faint hearted people, its very stiff climb up the stairs to top...

“A huge thanks to the manager Vivek who was nothing but exceptional. Nothing was a problem for him and his staff. The hotel is about 10km from the city centre but there are regular buses or a taxi if you need it. The hotel food was lovely and I was introduced to some amazing new dishes. Good WiFi, balcony overlooking the running stream and ships nearby. Good hot showers and as an Englishman, Vivek put on the English football on TV for me. Just had a memorable 8 days and I will be back one day....

“New seeming hotel in great condition with pleasant, generous rooms and good communal spaces. Helpful staff, the limited food I had was very good. Only issue really is that location is not where indicated on Hotels.com. It’s not in Dharamshala and certainly not next to the McLeod Ganj ropeway as the address implies. It’s a few miles down the road in Sudhed, which is a fair bit less convenient.”
