“We booked this hotel through Hotels.com for the last week of October 2014. We were a little bit concerned about the weather but actually it was absolutely nice. I barely give 5 stars to an hotel and the only reason I gave 4 stars is because we were forced to check-out at 12 am while our flight was booked for 9 pm and they didn't even gave us the possibility of using the restaurant or any service room for the rest of the day, usually an all-inclusive gives you this option. “We came for 2 nights but our stay was amazing so we extended for another 2 nights. We were celebrating Birthday and it was great to find in the room Birthday amenities and every day some cookies in thye room. We traveled with a baby and we were happy to see that hotel offers everything what you can only imagine for a baby. Only one thing was little updetting that housekeeping entered room one time without knoking the door and baby was sleeping and another time at 11pm they also tried to enter...

“The suite was spacious and clean with a view of the beautiful pool, and only 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach. The host was also very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it!”
