“Staff was wonderful”

“Staff were extremely helpful, room was spacious and clean, breakfast buffet was excellent. Metro within 5 minutes walk and can get to/from airport with one easy change.”

“The environment is really pretty and tropical, lot of trees . Room is nice, staff very helpful, food is good. The only drawback is it’s kind of far from city. You will need taxi for most of the activities. The hotel is walking distance to DianChi only. Overall, hotel is nice for getaway , but not too convenient if you are here for touring the city ”

“Ms Zhou is very informative and helpful. The housekeeping team is spontaneous and attentive. They gave my daughters extra sweets and even a pair of child slippers.There fresh fruits everyday in the room. Well done New Era!”
