“Ok hotel but the ladies at the check-in desk are just dry. No courtesy, no smile, no love. You will ve threated and feel like goods.
We arrived 50 mins before check-in time and wanted just to register our ids, didn’t need the room yet. One lday was ln the phone speaking faster than a F1, while the other said she was really busy and pointed us to their restaurant.

“Alles tip top, Verständigung gar kein Problem, Frühstück super, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, Zimmer ist top, wirkte sehr sauber allerdings war es an einigen Stellen echt ekelig schmutzig (neben der couch an der wand, darunter, unter sitzbank im flur) und die Kaffeemaschine kann man nicht nutzen da der Wasserbehälter scheinbar nie geleert und gereinigt wurde, riecht wie ein Tümpel.. ”

“Ich übernachte immer wieder sehr gerne im Hainberg Hotel. Saubere Zimmer,Lage und Freundlichkeit des Personals ist nach wie vor Top. Frühstück mit frischem Obst, Quark und die diversen Gemüsesorten frisch zubereitet. Das komplette Buffet gab es sogar als ich einziger Frühstücksgast war. Das ist für mich Gastfreundschaft mit 5 Sternen.”

“Bei 2 Grad Außentemperatur nicht funktionierende Heizung im Schlafzimmer, dünne Sommerdecken, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Dreck hinter der Tür, Staub auf dem Sofa und sonstigen Flächen. Matratze in der Mitte durchgelegen. Dass die Heizung nicht ging wurde abgestritten und der Fehler bei uns gesucht.”
