“Good stay, I was 4 nights in a row after finding this place. It is new and clean. Thanks for Emmanuella ja Vera in reception to help and check if upgrades available. Thanks for Victoria for good cleaning of my room. Gym should be renovated, there is lot of equipment but maintenance needed”

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service — especially from the general manager — was outstanding. A special mention to Eric, the bartender, for his warm and friendly approach. The entire place was kept spotless and beautifully maintained. I would highly recommend Veronica Heights to anyone visiting the area.”

“My stay at Ramat Luxury Hotel was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel to future guests. The road leading to the property is in terrible condition—our driver damaged his suspension and exhaust trying to reach the hotel. Transport to and from the area was difficult at all times of day, often leaving us waiting by the roadside for up to an hour. The hotel fell short of the luxury it advertised. On arrival, I found ripped sheets, and the fridge wasn’t working until the manager got it...

“Clean environment, courteous staff. We felt safe 24 hr security personnel. Quiet community. We only didn’t have hot water the whole 30 days stay and that was uncomfortable, we didn’t take a shower for once. We had to boil water in a kettle every day between 5 of us wasn’t an easy task at all.”

“Location is not great but can't fault much at that price point. Room was clean and comfortable. Only bad experience was the shower. The water was trickling out of the showerhead. ”
