Ampie viste da questo condominio all'ultimo piano. Appena si entra, il tuo sogno si realizza vista, rendendo questo il condominio si desidera noleggiare in qualsiasi momento dell'anno!

L'intera unità è stato ristrutturato nel 2012! Pavimenti in bambù, legno Nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice, Nuova cucina in acciaio inox, tutto nuovo lusso! Quindi, splendidamente decorate e ben attrezzato, tutto per rendere il vostro soggiorno confortevole e divertente! C'è così tanto luce naturale che entra dalle porte scorrevoli in vetro all'interno.

Guardando il delfino dal grande ponte con la famiglia e gli amici è un'avventura in sé! Il ponte ha un sacco di posti a sedere per 6! 2 nuove tabelle di altezza bar e sedie del capitano. Anche un aliante rilassante per guardare le stelle di cui sopra!

Ciascuno dei seguenti camere ha grande televisore a schermo piatto!

La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con un armadio, di cui 2 portabagagli per l'estrazione, e un bagno completo di bagno con vasca e doccia.

La seconda camera ha due letti singoli e un armadio, comprende anche 2 portabagagli.

Il soggiorno include un nuovo comodo divano letto queen size e una scrivania di scrivere quelle cartoline o controllare Pinterest sul vostro computer portatile! Abbiamo Wi-Fi gratuito!

Il 2 ° bagno è situato nel corridoio accanto alla camera da letto 2 e comprende anche una vasca e doccia.

Cucina nuovissima con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, caffettiera e Keurig per preparare una cena accogliente per cenare sul ponte, completa di sedie capitan e tavolo da pranzo, oltre ai bellissimi nuovi Broyhill Furniture all'interno. Tutto ciò che serve per rilassarsi e godersi il tempo Beach! La connessione Internet wireless, grandi schermi piatti in soggiorno e camere da letto.

Godetevi la tranquillità di Kure Beach, a breve distanza dalla Carolina Beach, ristoranti, lungomare e negozi. Condo è dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al Fort Fisher Recreation Center, in fondo alla strada dal Acquario NC e Fort Fisher-Southport Ferry!

Nice, quiet place

The apartment was perfect for us (two couples). It was clean and nicely decorated. The view of the ocean was phenomenal. The buildings and grounds were very well maintained, and the deck was a great place to hang out and watch the surf. I’d rent here again in a heartbeat.

Great location

We enjoyed the condo very much. Loved the large open balcony. The condo was overall clean although there were a few stains on the cloth furniture and carpet in the bedrooms. As expected at a beach condo. We did like the private parking and the location was perfect, convenient but out of the busy area.

Excellent Condo with beautiful views and great location

The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The ocean view from the 3rd floor deck is beautiful. The location is nice and having the condo amenities (pool, tennis courts, etc.) is a plus. The property manager (Bryant Real Estate) has an easy process of checking in/out. I would rent this condo again.

No surprises

This listing is exactly what is shown: Super clean, modern, comfortable, well-appointed, beautiful location. Beds are very comfortable and drapes block the sun sufficiently should you want to sleep in. A porch on each side of the condo offers sun or shade at any time of day. No comfort has been overlooked by the hosts. Whatever your idea of a perfect vacation, this condo will help provide it: beach/ocean/sun time, relaxation on the balcony and/or enjoying the nearby restaurants/museums.

Family road trip

We traveled from Southern Illinois to visit family and attend a concert in Wilmington. We watched the dolphins every morning from the deck, enjoyed the beach everyday, and grabbed ice cream at a neat little local place. The condo was super clean and had plenty of space for my family of four. There is an aquarium about 3 mins away, a donut shop 5 min in the other direction, and we as also took the ferry to Southport for a day trip. We recommend a stay here for anyone wanting a beach visit with little to no crowds, easy access to everything, and plenty of stuff to do if you need some time away from the sand. We went on a walking ghost tour at night in Wilmington too!

We've stayed at the property for the past 5-6 years and the owners keep the property well maintained and have made improvements over the years as well. Bryant RE was also very helpful as the wifi switched to a new account during our stay, they quickly dispatched a technician who got us reconnected.

Amazing location. Beautiful views. Loved hearing the ocean every moment we were there. Condo was clean and comfortable. Space was as described. My only constructive criticism would be that the sliders are difficult to open and close. Not a big deal for us, but maybe could be for some. We did reach out to the owner once and we got a quick response. We really were delighted with the location. In this area location is everything and this one can't be beat. We had rain for short amounts of time every day we were there, but because this is right on the beach we were able to stay out until it truly started raining and get back to it as soon as the rain stopped. Son was sad to leave and is already talking about coming back next year.

Quick getaway

Absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean and beach. Quick access too. Place was clean and had all we needed (with exception of broken dryer and ice maker which owner says they are replacing/repairing). Clubhouse pool and hot tub unusable due to too many chemicals that day. If you plan to go eat, plan in advance and allow lots of time for traffic and wait times. The unit itself was great. Beds comfy as well and back porch so peaceful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In a role it was born to play, the Bianchi Condo proved to be a hit for a family spending a week in Kure Beach. Everything was easy from renting to checking-in to checking-out. The chairs on the deck are amazing for watching the waves during the day or the stars at night. The condo was all around lovely and put in an amazing performance all the way until the fascinating “gear” clock on the wall told us it was time to go.

Violation of Privacy

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfect except for some “unknown” individual entering the unit when we were gone. The management company was unable to identify the individual. There was a complaint from the downstairs neighbor of a water leak, the assumption by the management company was the owner, the HOA maintenance or unsub entered the unit without my permission. To make things worst the unknown individual left the front door wide open and somebody went thru our luggage. The rest of the stay was unpleasant as we were worried about security. I will post additional details and pictures on google review. I documented everything with emails and pictures.
