The home is located in a small private community with a tropical pool equipped with a bathroom, lounge chairs, and outdoor refrigerator. The pool is located right next to our unit, only steps away! * Pool is open from April 1st until Oct 31st, 2022 and is managed by property management team.

Step outside to the large deck located on the 3rd floor and enjoy the ocean air, partial views of the ocean, and surrounding beautiful oak trees that adorn this quaint community. A private deck is also located on the 2nd floor master suite.

The beach area is 3/4 miles south from the Kure Beach Pier, providing you more of an exclusive beach experience. The home is only a quick 4 minute walk to the closest public beach access. A beach cart is available for your use. In addition to, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and an assortment of beach toys. The home has an outdoor shower to help you wash away the sand after spending a day at the beach. The outdoor shower is located on the side of the house. Enjoy cooking and eating a grilled meal after a long day of exploring and having fun on the island. A grill is located in the garage for your use. Easily roll it to the driveway and grill away!

If you own a Tesla, you can now travel to Kure Beach without having to worry about where to charge! A Tesla charger is located inside the garage.

The location of the home has so much to offer since it's located on the south end of Kure Beach close to the Fort Fisher Historic Site and North Carolina Aquarium. You can rent bicycles and enjoy a beautiful ride through this historic area with views of Cape Fear River, drive your 4 x 4 vehicle onto the beach at the nearby access point, or take the ferry to the charming town of SouthPort and enjoy a stroll through the town while grabbing lunch at one of the local restaurants. The Kure Beach Pier/Boardwalk is less than 1mile away. There you can fish off the pier, play at the arcade, or grab a meal at one of the restaurants.

Kitchen/Dining area: Fully equipped with all new appliances and kitchenware. You will have everything you need to prepare meals. The dining area offers plenty of seating. The dining table seats 6 and there are 4 stools located at the kitchen counter right next to the dining table. There is also a half bathroom located near the kitchen.

Great Room: Professionally decorated by an interior designer with style and comfort in mind. Furniture includes comfortable seating for 6 with a sofa, a recliner love seat, and a rocker. Enjoy watching a movie on a 50 inch Smart TV or listening to music with the Sonos Sound Beam. The sliding glass doors of the great room leads to a large outdoor deck with an outdoor sitting area to enjoy the ocean air.
