  • Godetevi il lusso di questo duplex di fronte all'oceano a Kure Beach. Ogni lato dispone di quattro camere da letto, tre bagni e un bagno di servizio. Questo è perfetto per una famiglia di otto. Con circa 2100 piedi quadrati di spazio, la tua famiglia avrà molto spazio per distendersi e rilassarsi. Se questo lato non è disponibile, l'altro lato è quasi identico. Bisogno di più spazio? Affitta l'unità Burpeau A adiacente, unità K023, per gruppi più grandi!

    Al piano terra si trovano due camere da letto, un bagno completo e la zona lavanderia. Il primo piano ospita il soggiorno, bella cucina attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inox e ripiani in granito, e un bagno di servizio. Al secondo piano due camere da letto, ciascuna con il proprio bagno privato completo.

    Anche mentre nella zona, assicuratevi di controllare le Carolina Beach Boardwalk, dove si trovano negozi, ristoranti e le attività estive come fuochi d'artificio, giostre e musica dal vivo. Guarda i pescatori arrivano con il pescato del giorno al porto turistico o cenare fuori con la famiglia. Pianifica oggi per rimanere in bella Carolina Costa!

Kure Beach Rental

The owners have thought of absolutely everything anyone can need for a stay at the house. Such a well equipped kitchen; comfy beds and an amazing view. Just steps from the boardwalk and ocean. We loved it and will come back!

This is a great location and we had beautiful weather for Christmas Eve and Christmas day! The condo was comfortable. Enjoying mild temperatures and taking walks on the beach are wonderful ways to enjoy the holiday season. The only negative was the overwhelming sulfur/rotten egg smell of the water. People need to know that they need to bring lots of water--to drink, cook with, brush teeth etc. Not sure how to hold your nose and take a shower. It was quite unpleasant and kept me from giving this property a 5-star rating.

Best place we have stayed yet!

Location was PERFECT! We walked everywhere....the beach, the pier, breakfast, coffee, dinner, the arcade. The porches have great ocean views. The house was great and had plenty of room. Great size kitchen, even though I didn't do any cooking on this trip. It was great to have 2 full sized couches for all of us to be able to sit. We will be staying here again!

A prefect stay

This beach rental was excellent for so many reasons. First steps away from the beach, clean and well stocked with household goods. Appropriate bedding, furniture, and accommodation. Great walking opportunities for food, events, and restaurants. Excellent experience and will definitely visit again soon! I have recommended this getaway to family, and friends.

Perfect location and layout

Our family of 5 stayed in this unit and our extended family stayed in the adjoining unit and it was perfect because each family had their own space and privacy but then super easy to get together. Location was awesome with an unobstructed view of the ocean, a great walking path, and just a few feet from pier and an adorable farmers market. Clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed.

Cool Presidents Day Weekend Retreat

Great location - 1 block over from downtown restaurants and a bar. Nice walking area around the pier. Plenty of room for 8-9 folks. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Very clean. Well stocked with utensils and cookware. Could use more seating areas in the large living room. Worked well for our family!

Family vacation at Kure

The house is spacious and beautiful, however there were two issues during our stay. The internet went out, due by coroded wires, and the AC stopped working, due to a clogged drain line. Both issues were caused by lack of upkeep and required us to pause our vacation to place work orders and assist technicians. Other than those issues, we really enjoyed our time at such a conveniently located home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the perfect house, in the perfect location. Two maintenance issues were dealt with immediately. Everyone that I spoke to from Braynt Real Estate were super friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to have some plastic drinking cups. I held my breath every time my three year old grandson drank from a glass cup! I can't wait to come back!

Not satisfied, do not recommend

The location was the only great thing about this stay. The biggest problem was roaches. An absolute dealbreaker in my book. I’m from the south, and I don’t need people to tell me that a water bug or a palmetto bug is not a roach. It is. It’s the largest American cockroach that exists. I could not enjoy the outside patios because of the roaches. I contacted the real estate company and requested that they treat the property. My daughter and her fiancé had a cockroach crawl across them in the middle of the night while sleeping even in the upstairs bedroom. I believe that all of the junk stashed where the hot water heater is downstairs as part of the problem. There’s also random photos, outdoor pillows, and a few old stained quilts in closets. The other issue I have is that there are not any extra pillows for sleeping. Not everyone sleeps with one pillow so having extra pillows would’ve been certainly nice. Furthermore, they were no blankets. Most places have extra blankets for sitting on the counter sitting outside on the porch. None of that was there. If it were my property, I would update the artwork, because there’s no style, and most of it looks like it came from a goodwill, and I would update the furniture. The queen beds are old and they’re not comfortable. Nice visit, but these things disturb me. overall disappointed, not impressed, considering what I paid to stay here. Other places, offer, beach towels, beach, chairs, a cooler, boogie boards comfy beds.

Reviewer Comments: Of course, we all had a great stay and enjoyed the time away from the real world and the weather could not have been better for a fall weekend. We've stayed at this unit a couple of times over the past few years and it seems it is time for some general maintenance. Upon arrival, our check in was delayed due to a new dryer being installed in the adjacent unit A, and the contractor was using our parking spaces for our unit (B). Parking also might want to be clarified somehow. I don't know how it is marketed, but Unit A had 5 vehicles parked while our unit (B) only supported 3 and one of our party had to find parking elsewhere. Some bath faucets/fixtures and paper/towel holders were loose . Bathtubs and toilets need a good scrub or just replacement due to staining. Kitchen faucet sprayed erratically and noticed ants on countertops. Interior paint and ceilings could use a fresh coat. Screen door doesn't latch and opens freely (good for checkin/out carrying luggage, bad for young children). Internet was slow and tv did not work well (terrible picture/buffering frequently) and one downstairs bedroom did not have a tv. I'm sure maintaining rental properties is a constant challenge but seems like this unit is ready for a refresh. Management would not allow a 1-day shift in stay (Thur-Mon to Fri-Tue) when, according to the property calendar, it was available for a few days after...would only allow to add a day. We were expecting a little higher quality based on previous stays, but all-in-all, we made the most of the stay and tried not to let the minor/temporary issues take away from the getaway.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

Three generations (and pups) spent Thanksgiving all in on place. The property manager was nothing but thorough and polite, made things so easy (and left us a special pan for the Turkey). It’s the little things. The spot was perfect. Great views. Great location. A PERFECT trip.

Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect location to the beach (access down 2 houses each way, one with a ramp) and right at Kure pier and all the restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked. The wifi didn’t reach the downstairs tv and when we callled they responded very quickly but were unable to fix it. The place could use a good deep cleaning but overall was ok (we did not call to complain, just wore shoes around the house bc of the sandy floors). We loved being able to bring our dogs, however the grass area next to the house was overgrown and not maintained to be able to walk dogs there and Kure beach does not allow dogs on the beach during the summer which was a bummer. Overall the place was a hit, the company was responsive to our needs and the location can’t be beat!

The house was well-kept, clean, and had everything we needed for a 3-night stay. Modern and trendy. WiFi was spotty and kept dropping the streaming tvs, but not really that much of an inconvenience. Had a call for an early check in at 2pm. Would definitely stay again!

We ordered carry out food most of the time because we had the best view available. Sunrises are amazing. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Kure Beach. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to add a a couple comfy chairs to the main living area as the sofas can only seat two large adults without squeezing in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This duplex is ocean front but there is a one lane one way street and a sidewalk between the duplex and the ocean. There was very little traffic and the view was still excellent. The location was convenient to both Kure Beach and Carolina Beach. The duplex was clean and well maintained. We were off season and were able to walk with our dog on the beach, she loved it.
