The place was nice, very clean, and overall for our weekend trip it was decent place to stay. However, we were not aware that the host would be living full time above us. We could hear them walking around, we could hear their TV, when they use their water upstairs you can hear it running through the pipes, their dogs came downstairs to a connecting door and was barking, and they let their own dogs in the fenced in portion which made our dog bark at 7:00am. While the place was clean we didn’t feel comfortable knowing they were right there—not that we did anything wrong but just not the notion VRBO advertises which is the “entire” place to yourself. We did have to ask for a plunger which we used and had to immediately return upon their request. They did vacate often however when they were away their dogs would come downstairs and bark. Overall clean place, decent stay, but if you don’t want to run into the host while on your vacation this may not be the place for you.
