Electric vehicles and golf carts are not permitted on the property. Two vehicles per rental, one of which must be parked in the overflow lot. Parking passes are required for both vehicles.
Wash dishes before leaving and return to proper cabinet/drawer area. Start a load of towels before leaving. Place sheets and pillow cases in the laundry hamper (no comforters please).
Remove all trash, using the trash cans provided (in the outside fenced in area). Leave your parking pass (es) on the counter. Make sure door locks securely on your final exit.

Well the pictures speak for themselves. This was our second stay there. We stayed back over new years, and the weather was just a bit too cool to sit outside and enjoy that porch. So when our calendars opened up we decided a Spring return would be nice. What I can tell you that the pictures can't is the owner Steve is an excellent communicator. He's right on top of making sure you know where you're going and how to get in. The house is very well stocked with anything you might have forgotten. Cleanliness is top notch. Everything is spotless and you can walk around barefoot without getting sand on your feet. But there's no real reason to go out and get sand on your feet, you're literally right on the beach when you open the sliding glass door. And if you have a pale skinned redhead with you, that kind of sun protection is second to none. Did I mention this house is literally on the beach? I stepped on to the porch one night at high tide and the water was crashing against the water breaks and splashing on the porch. I just don't have anything negative to say about my stay here.

Fantastic stay! Condo is better than described! The balcony, those hammock swings, that view!! Loved everything about our stay. We had everything we could need and more. The host had fabulous communication and recommendations for the area. We look forward to returning.

Our stay was fantastic! It was an easy check In process, the condo was beautiful and comfortable. It’s right on the beach and I loved the back porch. I would recommend this place to everyone. I will definitely book again!

This is by far one of the best places we have stayed at the beach. You literally feel like you're sitting in the ocean at high tide. Condo has everything you need and more! You can tell it is maintained with care. This is our second time staying here in both times were fantastic! We are now looking to book for a third time to bring my dad to experience this condo. Looking forward to him enjoying the ocean without having to get out on the sand.

Great stay as always! Steve is a great host! He is fast to respond & is always updating the property with new amenities. My stay was my 4th over the last few years (previous three stays were under the prior listing). I keep coming back to The Heart because it is the perfect location & has everything I need. I love listening to the roar of the ocean while I nap, watching the waves from the deck, & taking in an unmarred view of the sunrise without having to leave the condo!
