“湯畑からは少し坂を歩くので、雪の季節はブーツ必須ですが、ホテルからの雪景色もとても美しく、ホテルの中もとてもキレイで、細やかな気配り、オシャレなインテリアなど、静かで落ち着いた滞在ができました。 お風呂も源泉でとても気持ちいいです。 スタッフの女性もとても気さくで感じもよく気配りも良かったです。 また泊まりたいです！”

“Was a great stay at this great little inn. It may be a bit different than what most western guest expect to find, but I went for the Ryokan experience and was not disappointed. Staff were really great, helpful in scheduling transport to the monkey park and to the train station. Room was clean, good size, and had everything I needed. The town itself is a cute little village and it was a great experience going to all 9 baths in the town. The baths themselves could use a bit more attention... some...

“Very thoughtful and helpful staff, always offering us heat packs/ umbrella when we leave in the morning. Onsen is small but has both indoor and outdoor areas, good vanity supplies and hair dryer. Location is excellent if you drive and want to be based near the Hoshino resort area. Plenty of things to explore within 20min drive from hotel.”
