“Exceptional experience, from the very first shuttle pick-up at the bus terminal, to arriving the resort greeted by the staffs, check-in process is easy and warm. The room is detailed with Japanese accents making the stays very enjoyable.
The dinner and breakfast are also an exceptional.
Highly recommended!”

“禁煙のはずなのに喫煙スペース？あがり、灰皿に吸殻も置きっぱなし、匂いも、、
写真とは見た目も違うし、部屋風呂は床もガタガタで、温泉ではないですよね、、
料理も遅いと冷めてしまってメインも無くなってしまうし。
よかった点は大浴場の利用時間が長かったところかな、、
ライブキッチンのお肉は美味しかったです。
値段と見合っていない、、
次は行かないと思います。”

“If I could give 6 stars I would. This place and its staff were amazing. Our room had a private spring fed tub in the room, a sauna, a massage chair and tons of space. The pictures didn't do it justice. The staff was crazy attentive, served us an impressive breakfast and was helpful every step of the way. We would 100% stay again.
