“Great quality food and Onsen. Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is a quick walk to the Yubetake and main shopping street. We got new yukata and night clothes each day. ”

“禁煙のはずなのに喫煙スペース？あがり、灰皿に吸殻も置きっぱなし、匂いも、、
写真とは見た目も違うし、部屋風呂は床もガタガタで、温泉ではないですよね、、
料理も遅いと冷めてしまってメインも無くなってしまうし。
よかった点は大浴場の利用時間が長かったところかな、、
ライブキッチンのお肉は美味しかったです。
値段と見合っていない、、
次は行かないと思います。”

“The breakfast was great and onsen experience was good. We booked a room for four, but only provided robes and towels for three. The front desk was not happy using Google Translate and mocked the fact we did not speak Japanese. ”
