Struttura bella in posizione strategica: attraversando la strada si arriva direttamente in spiaggia. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort, pulita e spaziosa. L’albergo è tra i migliori in cui sono stata: lo staff è gentilissimo e sorridente, in qualsiasi mansione o ruolo e la struttura offre numerosi servizi tra cui la messa a disposizione gratuitamente di due lavatrici e due asciugatrici, con possibilità di acquistare il detergente alla reception. Colazione continentale abbondante e variegata.

L'hotel è nuovo, il personale della reception e del bar molto gentile, le camere sono spaziose e dotate di ogni comfort. Ottimo il buffet della colazione. L'hotel mette a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente una piccola lavanderia, utilissima se si è in viaggio da molti giorni. Assolutamente consigliato

Perfect!
Struttura curata e pulita, le camere sono confortevoli, silenziose e dotate di tutto il necessario per una piacevole sosta. La colazione è molto abbondante e variegata, con disponibilità di dolce, salato e frutta, tutto molto buono e di ottima qualità. La piscine in terrazza con vista mare è davvero un valore aggiunto ed è molto romantica al tramonto. Disponibili anche un bar nella hall ed uno al roof toop con vista incantevole su mare. La spiaggia di Kuta beach è di fronte l'albergo, in generale la posizione dell'albergo è molto comoda anche per raggiungere a piedi i tanti locali di Kuta. Il personale è stato sempre disponibile e molto professionale, anche in occasione del Terremoto di Lombok avvertito a Bali, in tale circostanza il loro comportamento è stato esemplare. Felicissimo di aver scelto questa struttura. Consigliatissimo.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/Prezzo
Ottimo hotel in riva al mare a Kuta. Pulito, ordinato e spazioso. La camera è di dimensioni adeguate ed è dotata di un comodo angolo cottura. Personale gentile, professionale e cortese. Colazione meravigliosa.

Ottimo Hotel in riva al mare
L'hotel è decisamente bello, pulito e confortevole. Il personale è disponibilissimo, parla perfettamente inglese e ha risolto alla perfezione ogni piccola necessità richiesta. La colazione è ottima, varia e ricca di alternative salate e dolci. E' dotato di piscina, bar, ristorante, palestra e lavatrice. Ogni stanza ha anche un angolo cottura. Attraversando la strada si è in spiaggia.

Disgusting Airfreshener!
The hotel is across from the beach. Very busy area, with the traffic it is a wasted of time. The wall is very thin can hear noise or talking from other room and hall way. They also used air freshener in the room when cleaning and in the hallway. The smell is a disgusting and hard to breath. Breakfast is basic. Service is great.

ランドリーサービスを利用しようと考えていましたが、無料でランドリー設備を利用できるようになっていたので助かりました。チェックイン時にフロントスタッフが使い方の概要を教えてくれてありがたかったです。また実際に利用し始めると掃除担当のスタッフの方が洗濯や乾燥が終わるころに受け取りに間に合わないとハンガーにかけてくれていたりビニール袋に洗濯物を入れておいてくれたりして、設備を次に利用したい宿泊客のために配慮してくれて嬉しかったです。どの従業員の方も笑顔で挨拶して対応してくださり、宿泊中はとても気分がよかったです。

아ㅡ여기 할말 많은데 일단 공사장뷰 커텐은 열 생각하지마세요 수영장이 꼭대기층이라 그거만 보고가세요 그리고 청소한다고 저녁에도 6시에 청소해버리는 클라스 4박 했는데 괜히 4박 했어요 바닷가 앞이라 좋은건 그냥 서핑이랑 선셋 그 두가지요 스카이라운지에서 보는 바다도 좋구요 조식도 바다를 보면서 했어요 음식은 그냥 그래요 빵이 맛있어요 빵 안먹는데 크로와상처럼 생긴 두가지만..세탁시설 있는데 더러워요 그래도 다 세탁해버렸어요 작은거 하나에 10000루피아 더라구요 그냥 옆에 편의점에서 8000루피아주고 큰거 사서 새벽내내 다 빨아 버렸어요 아차 마사지 절대 받지마세요 너무 못해요 10분도 빼먹고 발마사지 몸마사지 다 가격이 같은대 서비스는 완전ㅜㅜ그냥 바디 마사지 받을걸 직원이 하기 싫었나봐요 젊은 직원이 진짜 화낼뻔 했는데 그냥 꾹 참고 진짜 끝난거야 한번 묻고 확 나와버렸어요 아들하고 둘이 받는건데 너무 화가 나드라구요 차라리 밖에 있는 마사지가 더 잘해요 아무튼 시타딘 나중엔 안가요 돈 좀 더 주고 옆에 가든가 아니면 덜주고 골목쪽으로 가는게 나을거 같아요

Extremt lyhört.
Min värsta hotellupplevelse på länge. Man hör allt på hotellet. Väggar och dörrar verkar vara gjorda av plast. I kombination med Känslan att det bodde många fler personer i varje rum än vad det borde och det var livat från tidig morgon till sen kväll, även städarna förde liv när de städade. Hotellet borde generellt kolla sina övervakningskameror oftare och ha lite koll vad som händer på deras hotell. Det är stökigt. Bad om glutenfritt bröd och fick inte det trots förvarning och blev beskylld för att inte säga till i tid. Poolen på taket var fin och trevlig takterass. 루프탑 선셋이 훌륭해요
직원들 친절하고 해변에서 가깝고 바로 옆에 미니마트가 있어 이동 동선이 짧은 부분이 가장 큰 장점. 단점은 수영장 물이 탁하고 태닝베드 패드가 때가 타서 눕기가 싫고 정도입니다.

Dusche kalkig, aber wahrscheinlich normal hier in Bali. Immer nach der Zimmerreinigung war die Klimaanlage auf 20°C heruntergestellt, da der housekeeper das Zimmer mit offener Tür putzen muss und das Zimmer bei gleicher Temperatur lassen will. Ich vergass auf 25°C zurückzustellen und war am nächsten Tag verkältet, lag vielleicht auch an etwas anderem (Ausgang, etc.) aber trotzdem. Hotel hat auf jedenfall ein super Roof Top Restaurant und Swimming Pool wo man den Sonnenuntergang betrachten kann. Das Morgenessen war super. Es war ein All you can eat von 06 - 10 Uhr morgens.

Everything was very good for -wk stay. Maintenance quickly fixed our stove and bathroom sink drainage. We had the suite w plenty of room, washer/dryer and refrigerator. Just wish we had had smoking option and bathrobes provided. Loved the rooftop pool and resto/bar. Noise not an issue.
