Motel a Kutchan

“Hotel comodo e funzionale.

“We very much enjoyed our stay at Chalet Ivy. The room was a good size and the drying cupboards were very welcome as they helped to dry out ski jackets etc. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of choices. Staff were helpful and polite. The ski concierge and hire service was also very useful. Prices for ski hire were competitive except for helmets which were a lot cheaper to hire elsewhere eg Rhythm”

“Place was awesome and a good deal. My one, American comment - I’m pro top sheet, which they do not provide. ”

“An older property with some quirks, but the location is ideal, and the staff wonderful! The in-room mini onsen a gift after a day of skiing. A close walk to all the fun restaurants and shops of Hirafu, and the ski in/ out access is ideal. Shout out to the front desk team who answered all questions and helped us book a car at the last minute when uber flaked.”

“Great location, easy walk to nearby restaurants, shuttle buses and supermarket. Average breakfast. Room only cleaned once in our 11 night stay and bin emptied on one other occasion. We had the same sheets for all 11 nights which I've never experienced at a hotel ever! The staff were always friendly and knowledgeable. Great to have them pick us up and drop us off to the Welcome Centre for the bus to Sapporo Airport. ”

“A spotless, beautiful and modern hotel with every comfort. As the hotel was almost empty, we practically had the place to ourselves, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, especially the japanese course. We were also kindly upgraded to a better room upon arrival. The rooms are very spacious and still have the brand new hotel feeling. We would like to mention the gentleman at breakfast who brought us coffee before we even had to ask. The onsen was modern and everything...
