“The parking was great and easy to access. Breakfast was average. However, the room had a stuffy, unpleasant air when we entered. When we turned on the heater, it started blowing a very strong and unpleasant odor, so we had to turn it off and sleep without heating, which made the room cold. Overall, not a comfortable experience.

“The king size room with hot tub was not available for us. They said it was under repair. They didnt have any king rooms available. Gave us a very small 2 queen room. The people in line behind us also had booked the same kind of room, not available for them either. I was not sure if they even have such a room, ir just bait and switch. The hot tub by the pool that was for all was not very hot and had no bubble jets that worked. Poor maintenance on rooms and common areas. 😢 ”

“I came to check in after a long day of driving with my family and my room had been “cancelled”. Expedia says the hotel cancelled, the hotel says Expedia cancelled. Either way, they had no rooms available, we had to leave and no one was helpful or accommodating. Will never return to Comfort Suites and will consider using Expedia again in the future because no one wants to help you at the hotel when you book third party. ”
