“This property was perfect for quietness, with only the sounds of the birdlife. Every morning at 6am there was chanting sounds for five minutes. For me, the other all condition of the property was adequate, if you can overlook the minor repair works that were needed, sweet! I had a villa with a pool, the A/C worked fine & the pool was refreshing to jump into after a long day of adventures. Breakfast was included in my package, very basic, but enough. At the time i was there, many Indian tourists...

“Old, dirty villas that definitely do not reflect what is described on the web. The bed sheets and towels were dirty with stains that I don't want to know where they came from. I had asked to be refunded in order to leave the facility after the first night but there was no way I could get assistance. After waiting for hours for a response from management, since it was "Sunday", the response was that I would not be refunded. Therefore, I was forced to accept another villa that was not so...

“This place was an 10/10 and we will be back!! Staff were so friendly and helpful and remembered our names and villa number. This place is stunning and would recommend to anyone and everyone. Walking distance to the beach and in the perfect location for shops, massages, money exchange places, mini supermarkets and more. We had the perfect stay! Only gave a 4 star for amenities as the shower pressure was awful and not ideal at all. Had the plumber come and fix our hot water 4 seperate days but...

“The place is super well located, nestled between two of the top hotels of Seminyak. The villa has a lot of space with an amazing private outdoor area and pool, that despite the busy location provides an oasis or tranquillity. The interior of the villa is dated and in need of refurbishment, but it is functional. The entrance of the overall structure also needs an upgrade. The staff is very kind and the breakfast offers the right variety and quality. ”
