Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this spacious 119 m² semi-detached apartment set in peaceful natural surroundings close to Lake Peuralampi in Rukatunturi, Kuusamo. Built in 2009, this functional and high-quality holiday home is ideal for families and outdoor enthusiasts, offering a private electric sauna, a fireplace with firewood included, and its own terrace.

Living room & Kitchen: The ground floor offers a spacious living area with a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, a CD player, a DVD player and a radio, with the apartment heated by an air source heat pump. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen comes complete with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle, alongside a dining table and kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms & Loft: Downstairs there are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The spacious 44 m² loft upstairs holds an additional double bed, providing sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests.

Bathroom & Sauna: The apartment has two toilets, one of which is connected to the sauna and washroom. The washroom has two showers, and the electric sauna seats 5-6 people at a time. A washing machine, a drying cabinet, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer and cleaning equipment are available for guests. Towels and bed linen are available for an additional fee.

Outdoor area: Guests can relax on their own terrace, and firewood for the fireplace is included in the price. A separate garage with a car heating plug also serves as a ski maintenance room, and there are additional car heating plugs on the outside wall of the garage. Free private parking is available for guests; please note that EV charging is prohibited. In winter guests have access to one kicksled and two sleds, and in summer to one bicycle.

Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
