Perfect
Stayed at Best Western Plus Salmiya in the past. Very good location and super helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Perfect place to stay for a short visit in Kuwait.

Nice hotel but noisy
Good WiFi,clean room,good breakfast.good gym. Some technical troubles with shower and toilet. Noisy place and building.you can hear much noise coming also from outside the building and also from outside your door.room service staff in the morning is really noisy. Good for a couple of nights stay. 20min drive from airport.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western in Salmiya. The staff, especially Ms. Kim at the front desk, were remarkable. Parking is very difficult however the security staff go out of your way to assist you in securing a spot. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

They have excellent buffet, excellent room service, clean rooms but the worst thing is the Internet service. So if you are on a business trip and plan to use the hotels wifi, I would recommend this hotel.

we enjoyed our stay at Best western plus hotel. we are recommending it to all our friends. it is in the center of Salmiya area. it is so close "a walking distance" to shopping malls and restaurants. cleaning and restaurant service is excellent. available parking for our rented car. reasonable fees.

Beautiful property. As friendly and professional of staff as I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Room was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the establishment. The breakfast is amazing. Starbucks and a Buffalo’s restaurant located in the hotel as well. There is a big shopping mall and grocery just across the street and a short walking distance to the waterfront.

Staff was very kind and courteous. They upgraded my room free charge. The location is amazing, close to so many places , I just wish there were more parking lots for our visitors. Overall experience, I’d recommend!

Pleasant surprise
Hotels in Kuwait are expensive so for the price I was little worried. However I was pleasantly surprised at the standard of this hotel. It’s not a fancy 5 star but a good budget option for Kuwait. I’d stay again.

Good and bad.
When I arrived I got upgraded, thanks! From this point it all is terrible. Was a big private party under my room in the resturant. Roomservice took 60+ mins and 5+ calls. Very confusing and people misunderstand everything all the time.
