By this time, our nerves were hot. We aked what happen if we went over the check out time, to which the lady kept being rude. At the end the bitter taste of this experience will make leave the stablishment and want to recomend this hotel. The front desk lady was not prepared to acomodate, have a simple talk or be kind. This lack of preparation is not acceptable to a 4 star hotel. If management gets to see this review, there are a number of alternative responses to being rude, even when the client has to be informed they should leave as soon as posible. Like, our policy is check out at 11, please do your best to leave as soon as you pack. Or, if you extend XX min, we will be forced to apply a surcharge. Nothing like this was offered, just "we cannot" do it. The end of story is that we checked out at 11.12 and nothing happened, besides the bad taste of speaking again to an unpolite and not very clever front desk "professional". "
