“We opted to stay in Barrel Factory room. What a huge disappointment! I would NOT RECOMMEND staying in Barrel Factory. You don’t even feel like you are a part of the hotel as you have to go to different bldg that looks old and run down. The staff was giving directions how to get there and finally decided to show us (good thing because we would not have found door on side). The room is pretty much just a bed (with no headboard) and old little couch and table that is so scratched. See...

“Vi bokade samma dag, men fick ingen bekräftelse med en kod till nyckelboxen. Talade in ett meddelande om det på numret som stod angivet men ingen ringde upp. Som tur var fanns det personal på plats så vi kunde få tillgång till rummet. Det var mycket dammigt med spindelnät på lampan och andra ställen. Sängborden var väldigt dammiga. Förutom städningen var övrigt bra, rummet var stort och det fanns en veranda (som inte heller var städad). Ingen personal fanns på plats på morgonen så vi visste...

“Beautiful location with a view of the fjord. Comfortable apartment. We enjoyed a walk up Samlen (we took 4 hours which included numerous stops to enjoy the view). There were a few items in the apartment which needed repair; we told the owner so I hope they will be attended to.”

“This cottage so close to the sea, was really a pearl. We woke up to the sound from the waves. The morning coffee we enjoyed on one of the two terraces looking at the picturesque view . So nice and cozy place with a soul (one of the places you would really like to keep as a secret and not to tell anyone).
