“My preferred stay during business trips to our Durban office and as usual the reception and stay was excellent ”

“Good clean hotel that is close to Gateway shopping centre and great restaurants BUT the noise levels by Gauteng guests who were down for the July handicap were unacceptable. 3 star people in fancy clothes who thought it appropriate to run screaming down hallways. Of course, the hotel cannot control this (and I found the same when I went back to the Pearls). Not screaming but drunk as skunks and high as kites. What is happening South Africa?”
