“When we arrived it was about 11:00 and I asked if we could check in early. The person at the front desk said we could check in early at 1:30 and for a $25 fee, could get into our room. We chose not to do so. When we finally checked in and got settled in the room, we noticed that there were large wads of chewing gum and some other disgusting looking things on the ceiling over the bed. We went back to the desk with pictures, and they moved us to another room where the television didn’t work...
