Could be better, but ...
a come back to the hotel always with pleasure . But during this stay, I have left with pleasure. Sad, but customer service became worst, than ever... You can ask the employee of the reception to give you something from head pain and Elena, at your presence, will easily discuss almost, like a topic issue with the colleague, if she should give one tablet to you. Of course, it will be after long look and she will try to guess, if you are drank or maybe, just head deck. If ... from the first request, haven't paid attention to you and you have a chance to see her back, because its kind of normal behavior and non-respect from this employee. Just simply, you will see her back ans hear her silence... and she will be in quite to organize some documents without any reaction on you. And in the morning, when NONE of ATMs in hotel function, other employee of reception will shrug shoulders and won't answer your question "what should i do now?" Will be great, when administration will re-organize all duties at reception or to explain some meaning of customer service.

I was happy to read that being our regular Guest you were satisfied with our services and your stays, however your recent stay was not so pleasant and you experienced some inconveniences, what I would like to sincerely apologize for. Kindly be informed that providing Guests with medicines is strictly prohibited, as the hotel is responsible for services that we are providing to the Guest. Yes, truly, that day we had some problems with ATM and there was no opportunity to use it. I would like to assure you that such situation is rather an accident than a standard in our hotel and we took the appropriate measures to address this problem and prevent future occurrence. Also I would like to assure you that the hotel administration has taken all measures and conducted appropriate conversations with our staff and managers. I am sure that such situations will not become the reason of discomfort for our guests in the future. I sincerely hope that you will give us a chance to earn back your trust and we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Dall'hotel si possono facilmente raggiungere a piedi quasi tutti i pochi luoghi interessanti di Kiev,tranne il Monastero di Pecerska Lavra per cui occorre il taxi.

A very nice Hotel very close to the Center
Nice place probably a 4* star compared to others. Very very friendly reception personel available with a smile 24 hours a day! I have been there a couple of times and I still think is one of the best choices in Kiev.

Molto soddisfatto, personale gentile, camere comode e pulite, wifi molto buono, e buono anche il ristorante. Unico neo la colazione a 10 euro mi sembra eccessiva.

La posizione è a circa 10 min (a piedi) dalla centrale Kreshatik, molti buoni ristoranti in zona. L'albergo è pulito, il personale è professionale e parla un buon inglese. Colazione internazionale (non aspettatevi dei cornetti decenti o un caffè accettabile...), la cucina è passabile, i prezzi sono nella media internazionale, non aspettatevi regali... L'albergo ha solo un ristorante e nient'altro.

Hotel perfetto quasi per tutti
Buon hotel, edificio nuovo, la catena Ibis è quasi sempre una garanzia. Camere ampie e pulite. TV LCD, wifi gratuito, bagno ben accessoriato. Sarebbe stato utile avere un frigobar in camera, cmq, visti i prezzi delle bevande (8 euro per una bottiglia di acqua minerale da 1L !!), è meglio così. Non male la posizione, nelle vicinanze ci sono alcuni bar e ristoranti. Una piacevole sorpresa sono stati "Il Molino" e "Il Patio": il primo fa un'ottima pizza (se confrontata con quelle degli altri paesi europei), il secondo è molto "in". E' possibile raggiungere a piedi la Cattedrale di Santa Sofia (circa 30 min. a piedi). L'aeroporto internazionale è a 40 min., ma basta partire un pò prima. Tariffe in linea con altri alberghi europei.

La posizione dell'hotel è centrale in città, a non molta distanza da una fermata della metropolitana e dalla stazione centrale dei treni. L'hotel ha la tipica struttura degli IBIS e le camere sono sufficientemente spaziose, con il tipico look medio IBIS. La colazione è varia e di buon livello. Il personale è cortese e affabile, molto disponibile ad aiutarti per ogni possibile richiesta o informazione. L'unica cosa non accettabile è la biancheria, che specie nei cuscini ha odore di non pulito: è la seconda volta che alloggio qui e ho trovato la stessa situazione. Non si può dire che è sporco, ma che il servizio di lavanderia che usano non è di buon livello e andrebbe cambiato

this hotel is in a very good location near the University Metro Station and also the Central Train Station and the pricing for the room was reasonable. Also, there is a very good breakfast available every morning from 6 to 10 AM, with a good selection of bacon, sausages, eggs, waffles, different side dishes, fruit and all at a good price. I like this hotel very much and I have stayed there several times already when I have been in Kyiv.

Very good location, easy to walk to everywhere, Train Station and Metro Station 15 minute walk from hotel, many goo restaurants within walking distance, also the Botanical Garden is not far. Breakfast buffet is good, both hot and cold food options, fresh fruit, pastries, bread, juices, coffee, tea. Desk personnel speak Ukrainian, English and Russian. Probably the only drawback for me here is the room was very small and it was very difficult to get into the shower stall because of how the bathroom is arranged, I would have given this hotel 5 starts except for that and I will still stay here again.

Loved to stay in IBIS hotel in Kyiv
I had a room facing the Tarasa Schevschenka blvd on the 13th floor. Nice view at night. The room is small but ideal for solo travelers like me or even a minimalist couple. Housekeeping was daily and clean, bed was comfortable. Would be nice to have a cooker (to have some tea or late coffee) in the room. Reception is very helpful, kind and welcoming. Breakfast is very good. Very close the central train station, metro and walking distance to so many attractions around the city.
