"Really nice 3 star close to Lindisfarne. Perfect for judging the crossing times to the island and close enough by car to Berwick upon Tweed for a great choice of restaurants. Banburgh Castle is also close-by."

"Our room was clean, tidy and nicely decorated.. We stayed for two nights whilst visiting the surrounding area.. The Purdy Inn is part of the service station on the A1 and although it was on the main road we hardly heard the traffic when in our room. Slept well the beds were good for us . The breakfasts ..."
