“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kyoto. The property was exceptionally clean and very well maintained, and everything felt modern and comfortable. The staff truly stood out throughout our visit — everyone was extremely polite, professional, and genuinely helpful with recommendations, directions, and any requests we had. The location was also very convenient for exploring Kyoto’s main attractions, with easy access to temples, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation....
