Gepäck kann vor Check in abgegeben werden. Das Zimmer war echt winzig mit kleinem Fenster, aber alles vorhanden. ”

“The hotel is nice and conveniently located in the downtown area. Staff were friendly. The bed and pillow were much firmer than anything I am used to, but I think that is common in Japan overall based on other experiences. Only complaint was no one told me how to access the free WiFi upon check-in and there weren’t any instructions in the room.”

“設備への不満 壁紙の剥がれ、浴室壁の穴あり。 浴衣、タオル等の備品の補充忘れあり。 トイレの水漏れあり。 接客や露天風呂は良かった。 隣の部屋の音も小さく壁の厚みもあるので熟睡できた。 ”

“Hotel vecchio e le stanze si presentano non in buone condizioni. Per non parlare poi della pulizia che è pessima, ci sono macchie sulla mochette sia nei corridoi che nella propria camera. Si salva la piccola Spa sul tetto.”
