“Physical plant: Room was small but well designed and very clean. The view on the harbor was OK - not the hotel's fault - it's just that the harbor is nothing special. It was nice to have the large balcony. The rest of the hotel is very decent. Location: It cannot be any more convenient than this. Close to the train station, the tram station, the biggest shopping mall in Nagasaki. Service: Stellar! Check-in service, taxi service, restaurant reservations, check-out service, service at breakfast....

“The hotel was very clean and the rooms were always serviced very nicely. This is the second location I have stayed at and I am a fan of Mitsui Garden franchise all together. The only thing I wasnt a fan of was that the bathroom had a strong mildew smell, I feel this may be rather common but still. Very much enjoyed my stay and would stay again!”
