“施設自体には満足ですし、クラブフロアでの対応もとても満足し、また宿泊をしたくなりました。ただ、クラブフロアでチェックインのはずが、ロビー階で女性に尋ねると、5階が混雑しているのでちょっと確認すると言ったまま、その後呼び止められて他の外国人の対応をしてしまい放ったらかしにされ、私の事をわすれたのか確認もせず他の人の対応をしていた。頭にきて話しかけたが、混雑しているのでロビー階でチェックインを、というのでそのまま並び、順番がきたのでフロントで尋ねるや否や5階に案内していただけた。あの最初の対応をするのなら、二度と行きたくないと思います。”

“It was a great experience. Close to the beach and American Village. You walk along the sea wall, watch the summer fireworks from your balcony, and enjoy their vast and diverse breakfast buffet. We enjoyed staying here and the staff was wonderful. They answered all of our questions and were so kind from our check in to our late room service deliveries to our check out.”
