She promised to fix it first thing in the morning and since the hotel was fully booked, she promised to offer us something to offset this inconvenience. Nothing was done, this is sad news. Room is also noisy, we could hear the neighbours showering. Bad experience ”

“Never written a review in my life but this place has to be highlighted. The room floor had crumbs on it, a folded towel was covered in stains, hair in shower and bathroom floor, piece of glass on bathroom floor, white splashes behind the sink - like toothpaste, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, mismatching curtains, hairs on the mattress which you can’t avoid seeing as the sheets aren’t tucked in and come away with the cover. And frankly, they could have spared me the excuses mixed in with...
