This bright and warm single-story house is the ideal place for relaxing holidays with family or friends.



With an area of approximately 70 m², it offers two comfortable bedrooms equipped with double beds and a beautiful spacious living area with a living room, dining room, and piano for convivial moments. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything necessary to cook just like at home.



The large enclosed garden of 548 m², with trees and no direct overlooking neighbors, will offer you a peaceful setting to relax on the terrace, play with children, or share a meal outdoors. WiFi is included and an outdoor parking is available in front of the house.



On the leisure side, the region is full of activities to enjoy fully. Less than 10 minutes away, Dino's Park in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez will delight young dinosaur enthusiasts with its animated trails. Le Grand Défi, in Saint-Julien-des-Landes, offers tree climbing, paintball, laser tag, and pony rides in a unique natural setting. For younger children, Youplaland in Coëx offers an ideal covered play area for all weather conditions. History and architecture enthusiasts can discover Vendée Miniature, a miniature world recreating a former Vendée village with stunning precision.



The beaches are accessible within about fifteen minutes and invite swimming, surfing, or long walks. Numerous bicycle paths wind through the region between the sea, countryside, and forests.
