The apartment of 55m2 is located in the privileged area of Roques Daurades in l'Ametlla de Mar facing the sea only 2km from the town center, 45km from Port Aventura and 22km from the Airport of Reus. It is on the first floor with an elevator and has a terrace with outdoor furniture and sea side views, in addition to a multitude of community spaces such as a swimming pool for adults and kids, paddle tennis and pickleball court, basketball court, playground and a small supermarket. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a sofa bed for two guests in the living room. You will find a full bathroom with a bath, equipped kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, air conditioning, heating, smart TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We don't accept groups under 25 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
