This penthouse of 60m2 is located in the privileged uarea Roques Daurades de l'Ametlla de Mar facing the sea only 2km from the town center, 45km from Port Aventura and 22km from the Airport of Reus. It is located on the third floor with an elevator and has a terrace with frontal sea views, in addition a multitude of community spaces such as a swimming pool for adults and kids, paddle tennis and pickleball court, basketball court, playground and a small supermarket. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, apart from a sofa bed for one additional guest in the living room. You will find two complete bathrooms with shower and bath, equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We don't accept groups under 25 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
