“The staff is excellent, the front desk and the bellman were a blast from the past at the excellent service you come to expect from a Westin. Where it fell short wet the amenities which I’ve been accustomed to in my previous stays. It’s a little thing, but when you pay $400 for a hotel room you expect better than 1 ply toilet paper. “The night shift manager was very unhappy every shift. He questioned me on needing 4 clean towels for me & my kids. I drink 1 soda at night & he of course had a comment about that too “Guess you really like soda..” Not sure why I had to tell him that yes, I drink 1 in the evening. That was so odd as well. “This is our go-to hotel in KC. It is conveniently located in the middle of the Power and Light district. The T-Mobile center is in walking distance. The hotel is very clean, the staff is super friendly, and the food at the hotel restaurant is delicious. The only issue we had when last time we stayed there was that the elevator wasn’t working properly. Hopefully that issue has been fixed.”
