Can Tarra 1: Modern apartment in the historic center of l'Escala

This apartment with capacity for 6 people is rented in the center of l'Escala. It is located 4 minutes (240m) walking to the beach of "Las Barcas" and 230m from the beach of "La Creu", both close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Montgrí Natural Park is 2 km away and the historic Empúries Ruins 1.8 km away.

The accommodation is renovated and distributed on a single floor that, at the same time, has a terrace at the top of the building.

The living room has air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is open to the living room, fully equipped with appliances and utensils. It has a coffee maker, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and an oven.

This accommodation has three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), another with two single beds pushed together and a third one with 2 single beds of 90 cm. All bedrooms have air conditioning and all beds offer bedding, duvets or blankets and pillows.

The apartment has two bathrooms with shower. It is equipped with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.

Dogs are welcome and have a supplement of €10/pet/night. A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg are allowed.



Admission: from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sunday or on holidays contact the agency. The key collection place: the agency. A deposit as a security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of final cleaning.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax (over 16 years). Towels (€11.90 per reservation, which includes a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bathmat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional paid services: pool towel, cot, highchair, stay for pets (not available in some accommodations), late check-in (after 8:00 p.m.).
