The exterior of this house is perfect for a wonderful holiday. The whole outside area is equipped with artificial grass and is completely fenced so the house is very private. At the back, there is a terraced area with outdoor furniture and barbecue to enjoy the good weather in summer. The house has access to the communal area, which is outside the property, so it is ideal to use it when you want to rest and forget about the noise of the community when you are not using it.



The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor we find the fully equipped kitchen, a small toilet and the living-dining room with a large balcony that leads to the outside terrace. Going up to the first floor, we find the three bedrooms: the first one with a double bed, the second one with two single beds and the third one with a double bed and a single bed as a bunk bed. All the bedrooms have wardrobes and are tastefully decorated. On the same floor, there is a bathroom with bathtub.
