Ivet - Beautiful apartment in Punta Romana

This apartment in L’Escala sleeps 4 and has a private balcony, with a communal garden and swimming pool. The accommodation is arranged on a single level.

The living and dining room has a television, communal Wi-Fi, a stereo system and a DVD player. The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, including a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms: one with a 150 cm-wide double bed and another with two 90 cm-wide single beds. All beds come with bed linen, duvets or blankets, and pillows. There is one bathroom with a bath.

The accommodation also has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a clothes airer with pegs.

There is parking for one car in the garage. Tall vans cannot enter the car park.

The apartment is a 3-minute walk (250 m) from Les Barques beach, close to restaurants and shops. L’Escala’s historic centre is 250 m away, and Montgrí Natural Park is 2.5 km away.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
