Montse: Apartment in the center of the village

This apartment for six people is rented in the center of L'Escala. It is located five minutes walking from Las Barcas beach, bars and restaurants, local shops and cultural activities.

About fifteen minutes walking is Riells Beach and in 15-20 minutes you can enjoy the Empúries promenade. The Montgrí Natural Park is located 10 minutes by car.

The accommodation is distributed on one floor, which is a first floor with an elevator, and has a community pool above the building. There is a small balcony with a table to get some fresh air.

The living-dining room has air conditioning, TV, a double sofa bed, and a table for six.

The kitchen is open to the living room, fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, it has a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave.

This accommodation has two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), and a bedroom with two single beds. All beds offer bedding, duvets or blankets and pillows. There is a bathroom with a shower. A crib is available in the closet.

This accommodation has heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, clothesline with clothespins.





Entry: from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sunday or holidays, contact the agency. Key pickup location: the agency. A deposit will be paid as a guarantee with a card upon arrival (€300) and will be refunded within the next 7 days after departure.

ATTENTION: from 10/01 to 05/30 the parking is not available.

Bed linens are included in the final cleaning price.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax (for those over 16 years old). Towels (11.90€ per reservation that includes one bath towel for each guest, one hand towel, and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional paid services: pool towel, crib, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in after 8:00 PM.
