A spacious terrace ideal for enjoying the cool evenings, with views of a pine forest.The living room is well equipped with TV with national channels, sofa bed (Italian style 135cm), table for 4/5p. In the same room is the kitchen with all the essentials: fridge-freezer, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.

Nearest beaches:Bol Roig Beach Located less than 300m away is a natural cove, a stone beach made up of large pebbles, ideal for scuba diving or snorkelling. It is located within the beautiful setting of Les Planasses, just behind the apartment. Access only on foot.
El Puerto, just a few minutes on foot following the GR-92 coastal path.
Riells beach, about 10 minutes on foot (850m) shallow beach with fine sand.
In the Riells area you will find supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and endless options to enjoy the summer.

Additional information:

Communal swimming pool: 'saltwater pool' ,normally available from June to October (except during occasional maintenance or improvement periods as required by the facility). Usage hours are approximately from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. Please respect the schedule and the rules posted at the premises.
