The house is located in a quiet area, less than 10min walk from the Natural Park and 12min on foot (900m) from the Riells beach, the ideal beach for the little ones.



The house is completely renovated.Maximum capacity: 6 people.



Distribution:

Entrance: we find a totally closed terrace with windows overlooking the pool.
Interior of the house: we find an open space, spacious in the same environment is the dining room, with a table and 6 chairs.
Kitchen: American on one side, well equipped with everything you need.
Living room: comfortable and modern with a sofa and two armchairs, well furnished with a flat screen TV and French channels.
Next to the living room: there is access to a room, where the washing machine, dryer, and a second totally new bathroom with Italian shower are. From this room you can also access the pool, which allows you to take a shower without having to go inside the house.

Electric Car:Charging electric cars is NOT allowedin the accommodations. However, in l'Escala there are specific charging points available for your convenience.

Party and events:Please note that parties and events are not allowed in the accommodation.

Noise-free hours: 10 pm - 8 am Respect the quiet hours for the well-being of the neighbours.
