his apartment will offer you an unforgettable stay with exceptional views at all times of day.

It is located on the ground floor of a large house with four apartments, one of which is occupied year-round. The other two belong to the owner, who visits regularly.

A shared swimming pool with spectacular views is available.

The apartment consists of a main room with a living/dining area and open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom.

Adjoining the apartment is a small, typical terrace where you will spend most of your time enjoying the peace and quiet and the view.

Parking is available on the property.

L'Escala is a small fishing village located south of the Gulf of Roses on the Costa Brava. Its coastline is idyllic, with a mix of fine sandy beaches, rocky shores, pine trees, and crystal-clear water offering a dazzling spectacle.

The region is rich in activities, both sporting and cultural. Nearby, you can visit beautiful cities like Barcelona or Girona.

For your stay, linens and towels are provided (beds are made and there are two towels per person).

This apartment is ideal for families with children.

I will personally welcome you on your arrival day and leave you a map of L'Escala with all the necessary information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, surrounding villages, etc.).
Throughout your vacation, I am available 7 days a week from 8:30 am to 11:00 pm for any questions or problems.
